Dr Vijay Lazar
Dr Vijay Lazar was awarded his medical degree from University of Calicut, India in 1995. He trained in Psychiatry in India and Australia and gained Diplomate of the National Board of Medical studies in 2003 and Fellowship of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2009.
He has worked in various WA public hospitals like Royal Perth Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital and has been a Consultant at Fremantle Hospital since 2010. He is an accredited supervisor for Psychiatry trainees and has also been an examiner for FRANZCP exams.
He is experienced in all aspects of general adult psychiatry with a special interest in the assessment and management of mood disorders, anxiety disorders and Psychotic disorders. He does not accept referrals for assessment of ADHD and Autism.
Dr Sapna George
Dr Sapna George completed her medical training in 2003 and later trained in Psychiatry in Scotland and Australia. She was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK in 2007 and Fellowship of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2010.
She has worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the Public sector in WA since 2011. She has been working as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Fremantle Hospital since 2017.
She is accepting referrals for assessment and management of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar effective disorder and psychotic disorders. She does not accept referrals for ADHD, Autism and medico-legal assessments.
