Referrals for ongoing care

We prefer to work in a ‘shared care’ framework in partnership with GPs and allied health clinicians. We will keep the referrer updated of clinical developments, and value your contact by phone, mail or email to inform us of any concerns or treatment changes.

Referrals for assessment only

If you would like a one-off assessment only, please mention in your referral that you would like an assessment under Medicare item 291. The patient will be seen for an in-depth consultation and you will be sent a detailed report of the assessment within one week.

We do not accept referrals for assessment of ADHD or emergency psychiatric assessment.
