Referral

To attract a Medicare rebate, all patients need to be referred to Dr Lazar by their General Practitioner (referral valid for twelve months) or Specialist (referral valid for three months). The initial consultation takes approximately one hour and follow up appointments are booked for half an hour.

We do not accept referrals for assessment of ADHD

Appointments are offered only on Thursday afternoons at this stage.

Fees

Cambridge Psychiatry does not bulk bill. Our fees are available on request. ​All fees are payable on the day of the appointment by cash or EFTPOS (debit or credit card)
