Cambridge Psychiatry is a newly opened private Psychiatry practice in Wembley, WA. It is co located with Perth Gastroenterology and Liver care at 210 Cambridge Street in Wembley. We aim to provide a comprehensive and caring outpatient mental health service for patients above the age of 18 with mental health difficulties requiring specialist intervention.
Dr Vijay Lazar is a Consultant Psychiatrist and has his public appointment at Fremantle Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
He was awarded his medical degree from University of Calicut, India in 1995. He trained in Psychiatry in India and Australia and gained Diplomate of the National Board of Medical studies in 2003 and Fellowship of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2009.
To attract a Medicare rebate, all patients need to be referred to Dr Lazar by their General Practitioner (referral valid for twelve months) or Specialist (referral valid for three months).
